Terms and Conditions

Prices
• All prices are ex-works and in U.S. Dollars.

• All prices are F.O.B. Montclair, California U.S.A.

• All prices are subject to change without notice.

• Minimum order $25.00

Method of Payment
• Visa, Mastercard, American Express cards are accepted

• Payment in advance on all first orders and /until credit has been established

• Credit terms are net 14 days upon approval of credit application

• International orders must be paid in advance by Visa, Mastercard or wire transfer.

Returned Checks
• A $25.00 service fee will be charged for any non-sufficient funds (NSF) checks received

• If 2 NSF checks are received, all further orders will be COD Cash only or Certified Check in Advance

• Bills unpaid in 30 days will receive a reminder notice. Bills unpaid over 60 days will be sent to our collection agency. Any further orders will require payment of outstanding balance and cash in advance.

Finance Charge / Late Penalty
• A penalty/late charge of 2% (24% APR) will be added to all unpaid balances over 45 days
Damaged Merchandise

• Vertex Water Products is not responsible for damage or loss incurred during shipping. Check shipments for damage before acceptance. Consignee is responsible for filing a claim with the freight carrier for any and all damage or loss.

Merchandise
• Any claim for error in quantity or condition must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods

• Returns other than warranty claims are subject to a 20% restocking charge

• No returns accepted without prior authorization and an RMA# from Vertex Water Products

• Returned products must be delivered to Vertex in original condition

• Requests for custom built systems or plain label are welcome
